I've been doing a bit of spriting for MV, pretty much bringing the straitjackets and cocoons up to date.
Also, I have a minor plugin-addon for the Bondage Movement System, which makes the actors hop and wiggle in combat. (Requires Bondage Movment System- MV Version) :
